I have been using the Go figure flapjacks along with the shakes since September 2020 having 2 shakes and 2 bars each day then a reasonably low carbohydrate & calorie meal in the evenings. I find that having a shake around 9am in the morning, a flapjack at 12.30 & then another shake at 5pm keeps me feeling full until a meal at 7.30 pm. The other flapjack is then my "dessert" after dinner when I want something sweet. I have found this regime relatively easy to stick to most of the time and have lost just over 2.5 stones to date. My favourite flapjack flavour is the Cranberry & Coconut one which I have as "dessert" and then I swap between the blueberry and peanut ones at lunchtime. I like the fact that the products also have pro-biotics & various vitamins and minerals in them as well as the other ingredients that help you feel full and stop you craving sweet things. When I have gone back to "normal eating" when on holiday or over Christmas, I have not felt as well as I do on plan and have been pleased with how quickly temporary gains have reversed. I plan to carry on with this to lose more weight in the coming months.
