All our deliveries come with a tracking service (besides Standard Delivery - Light, which is signed for only). Once an order is placed it can be tracked through our online portal provided upon order confirmation. This allows you to see where in the chain your order is at any given time, from the warehouse through to en-route.
Orders need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday to meet the required dispatch cut off time for that week. Our delivery dispatch works from a working week rota, meaning orders placed on Thursday after 1pm until Sunday, will likely be delivered the following week. If we can dispatch and deliver on Saturday, we will do our best.
Orders placed with inaccurate or misspelled addresses may delay your order being processed. We unfortunately cannot deliver on Sundays.
