Our mission is not only to provide access to great health and wellbeing products at OptiBiotix Online, we also want those products to be with you as soon as they can!

All our deliveries come with a tracking service (besides Standard Delivery - Light, which is signed for only). Once an order is placed it can be tracked through our online portal provided upon order confirmation. This allows you to see where in the chain your order is at any given time, from the warehouse through to en-route.

When can I expect to see my order?

Orders need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday to meet the required dispatch cut off time. For example, for our Next Day service, orders placed before 1pm, will arrive the next working day. Our delivery dispatch works from a working week rota, meaning orders placed on Thursday after 1pm until Sunday, will likely be delivered the following week. If we can dispatch and deliver on Saturday, we will do our best.

Orders placed with inaccurate or misspelled addresses may delay your order being processed. We unfortunately cannot deliver on Sundays.

All orders above 3.5kg can only go the next working day method (for weight and security purposes)

UK Orders above £50 receive free next working day delivery (delivery between Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered the following week). All European orders above €170 recieve free standard delivery
