United KingdomI have been using the Go figure shakes and flapjack bars for more than 6 months now - 2 of each a day plus a healthy savoury meal in the evening (mainly protein/veg based keeping carbs low). I find all the flavours of shakes are good and find they mix well using a shaker with a webbed insert in the lid. I add more water than on the instructions (more like 350ml) and still find them pleasantly thick and tasty. I do always also drink a pint of water afterwards and at other regular intervals through the day - does mean more toilet trips but I know water consumption has weight loss and other health benefits and as I have been working from home most of the last year that is not an inconvenience at the moment! I have a shake in the morning around 8.30/9am, a flapjack around 12.30/1pm, another shake 4.30/5pm and then my dinner around 7.30pm followed by another flapjack as "dessert" later in the evening. I lost 32 pounds from mid August to mid December 2020 with a weeks holiday which was a week off and had a small gain as a result. Christmas I had 2 weeks "off" and gained 9 pounds but within a week of being back on track with the shakes etc that came back off and since then I have lost another 10 pounds (to the start of March 2021). Actually on weeks "off" and eating badly I felt bloated and horrible at times and was looking forward to being back on the shakes etc which makes me feel well physically as well as being a mental positivity boost when you know you are doing something good for yourself and see the results on the scales most weeks. My rate of loss has definitely slowed but that is probably due to me being less restricted in the calorie content of evening meals and having the odd treat at weekends but I am happy as long as I see a gradual move in the right direction and plan to continue using this for a good while longer while I try and lose around the same again. You clearly have to be motivated to stick to plan but I do feel that the shakes & flapjacks definitely do a good job of making you feel less hungry and have less craving for sweet snacks. I have been able to keep going through an extended period and plan to continue over the coming year leading up to my daughters wedding! I am really hoping that after getting to a healthier weight that this time I will keep an eye on where I am and maybe use the shakes etc from time to time or for some rather than all days in the week to help me maintain that! I like the fact the shakes have been formulated and are science backed and feel that they are sufficiently loaded with vitamins and minerals as well as the active ingredients to provide my body with what I need. I have had very good customer service experience with quick responses to email queries relating to orders etc. I now use the subscription facility to get a discounted rate on all orders as well as making use of the offer codes when they are sent!

United KingdomI'm partially doing the 2:2 plan, breakfast and mid morning snack then low cal lunch and normal evening meal and its working steadily and it definitely keeps me going until lunch - even if I exercise. I'm a bit disappointed that the chocolate flavour doesn't seem to have been available for a little while now, or do I just keep missing it?
